As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and scaling the next generation of our lending platform. You will have ownership of high-quality, scalable web applications using TypeScript + Next.js.
Your responsibilities will include leading development, driving architectural decisions, collaborating with product and design teams, mentoring junior engineers, and optimizing performance, scalability, and security across the stack.
If you have expertise in TypeScript, Next.js, React, MongoDB, Redis, Docker, and cloud providers like AWS or GCP, and thrive in a remote and autonomous environment, we want to hear from you.

* What You'll Do:
* Develop high-quality, scalable web applications using TypeScript + Next.js
* Drive architectural decisions and shape technical direction
* Collaborate closely with product and design to ship meaningful features fast
* Mentor junior/intermediate engineers and raise the bar on code quality
* Build integrations with cloud infrastructure, credit, income, and valuation vendors
* Optimize performance, scalability, and security across the stack
* What We're Looking For:
* 5+ years building and scaling web applications
* Expert in TypeScript, Next.js, and React
* Strong experience with MongoDB, Redis, Docker
* Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or other cloud providers
* Strong communicator, thrives in a remote and autonomous environment
* Bonus: Zod, tRPC, Prisma, Jest/Playwright, BullMQ, fintech/lending background
