As an Oracle Cloud Support Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Oracle cloud infrastructure.
* Candidate must have experience in supporting Oracle cloud services, with a focus on R2A.
* Should be able to effectively communicate real-life scenarios or challenges they have encountered during support and their resolutions.
* A typical day for this position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting issues, and delivering high-quality support to users.
* Understanding how integration from outside applications works with Oracle cloud is also essential.
* Mastery of month-end close processes is required.
* The successful candidate should be willing to work in the office two days a week if needed.
Responsibilities:
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, including experience with Oracle Cloud Financial Modules – Support, issue resolution, and collaboration with users to understand their needs. They will also work closely with the Global Support team located in India to resolve issues efficiently.
* Oracle Cloud Financial Modules – Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers using Oracle Cloud Financials.
* Issue Resolution: Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement solutions.
* Collaboration and Meetings: Engage with users to understand their concerns and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
* Service Request Management: Work with Oracle to manage and resolve service requests.
* Global Support Collaboration: Collaborate with the Global Support team in India to ensure seamless issue resolution.
* Period Close Activities: Participate in period close activities to ensure accurate financial reporting.
