We're seeking a skilled and experienced Project Implementation Manager with a robust IT and Project Management background. The ideal candidate should be adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously and possess a proven track record of successfully delivering implementation projects to external clients.

Responsibilities:
* Lead the end-to-end implementation of projects for our international clients, ensuring adherence to project goals, timelines, and budgets.
* Efficiently allocate and manage project resources, duration, and risks.
* Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
* Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and take proactive measures to mitigate delays.
* Identify potential risks, assess their impact, and implement strategies to minimize project risks and uncertainties.
* Apply established Project Implementation methodologies.
* Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client requirements and industry standards.
* Report projects' status, risks, and milestones to the Head of the Implementation Department.
* Participate in strategic discussions to contribute insights and ideas that drive the company's growth and success.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
* Experience: 3+ years of experience in a relevant project management role.
* Languages: Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
* Location: Based in the LATAM time zone.
* Education & Knowledge:
* Strong background in IT (IT education is essential). Basic Understanding of the following: DataBases (MSSQL, MySQL), not rational Databases (MongoDB), scripting languages (Python), API integration, Dashboards (Grafanа), BI and data-cubes (Tableau, Power BI)
* Deep understanding of Project Management methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
* Core Skills:
* Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build trusted relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.
* Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a structured approach to overcoming challenges.
* Leadership: A demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and motivate distributed teams.
Considered a Plus:
* Professional Project Management certification (e.g., PMP).
* Proficiency in Portuguese.
* Hands-on experience with Computer Vision projects.
* Experience working with clients in the CPG/FMCG sector.
* Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, YouTrack, Jira, Confluence or others similar.
