ABOUT THE ROLE
Responsibilities
* Strategic Leadership: Lead end-to-end administrative operations for the South America fulfillment region. Design, implement, and refine regional administrative strategies and SOPs to ensure high efficiency and full compliance with local regulations.
* Budget & Cost Control: Oversee the regional administrative budget. Drive cost-efficiency through meticulous expenditure management, covering office procurement, facility rentals, corporate events, and operational overheads.
* Facility & Logistics Oversight: Direct comprehensive facility services and logistics, including canteen operations, shuttle bus services, janitorial standards, and conference management to maintain an organized and high-standard workplace.
* Expatriate & Employee Support: Manage administrative support for expatriate employees and organize corporate events to foster a positive, inclusive, and productive office culture.
* Supply Chain & Asset Management: Spearhead the lifecycle management of administrative supplies, equipment, and fixed assets. This includes strategic vendor selection, procurement negotiation, and conducting regular audits to ensure asset integrity.
* Experience Optimization: Continuously analyze and upgrade administrative service quality to enhance the overall employee experience and operational agility.
Qualifications
* Major preferably in Administrative Management, Business Administration, or related fields;
* More than 5 years of experience in administrative management, with at least 3 years of team management experience;
* Experience in large manufacturing industries or parks is preferred;
* Fluent in English and Portuguese as working languages;
knowledge of Chineseis preferred but not mandatory;
* Excellent communication and coordination skills, ability to work under pressure, strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, cost consciousness, and service-oriented mindset;
* Outstanding negotiation, project management, and team management skills.
