We are looking for a professional to manage logistics processes and provide strategic support to our team.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Defining and updating operational and financial metrics;
* Ensuring accurate daily indicators;
* Analyzing deviations and building PDCAs and action plans to recover performance gaps;
* Ensuring financial, accounting, and managerial reconciliation in daily controls;
* Collaborating with various departments to ensure information on treating deviations (operational losses; third-party freight; unjustified fiscal entries, etc.);
* Analyzing open loads due to lack of billings (own freight and third-party);
* Preparing monthly and weekly result presentations with different areas: Commercial; Operations; Purchasing; Legal; Regulatory; etc.;
* Ensuring data analysis for decision-making;
* Updating the Operations area's goal panel;
* Following up on the GEROT Operation Management Routine actions;
* Participating in Operations Planning, aiming to analyze and update HC dimensioning data for Warehouse and Transportation by period;
* Supporting corporate in necessary information, according to demand;
* Respecting internal norms and company procedures, including Quality and Workplace Safety.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Logistics or related areas;
* Possessing solid experience in Logistics and routing systems for fleet;
* Experience in transportation (service contracting, programming, and management);
* Having experience in warehouses: industry or distribution centers;
* Formation in Lean Six Sigma (Yellow or Green Belt) - desirable;
* Having knowledge of the GEROT methodology;
* Knowledge in Excel - advanced level - VBA (mandatory) and warehouse management system (WMS Winthor) - desirable;
* Knowledge in data science (data structure and treatment; information systems; Statistics; Power BI and dashboard creation).
