Sales Manager Job Summary
Drive growth across LATAM by selling nutraceutical ingredients to dietary supplement and functional food & beverage industries.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage key accounts across LATAM, building strong relationships with brand owners, CDMOs/contract manufacturers, and distributors.
* Develop territory plans to capture new business opportunities.
* Present nutraceutical ingredients to customers, highlighting benefits, applications, and go-to-market strategies.
* Collaborate with technical, regulatory, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions and product launches.
* Maintain market trend awareness and competitor activity to identify white space and protect market share.
* Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets through accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene.
* Represent the company at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
* Provide technical support to customers in coordination with internal teams.
Necessary Skills:
* 5+ years of B2B sales experience in nutraceutical ingredients within LATAM.
* Detailed understanding of nutraceutical ingredients and their applications in dietary supplements and functional F&B.
* Proven ability to prospect, build pipelines, negotiate, and close deals across multiple countries.
* Fluent Portuguese and strong Spanish; English is a plus.
* Self-starter comfortable working remotely; excellent time management skills.
* Based in Brazil with willingness to travel across LATAM as required.
* Proficiency with MS Office and CRM (ZOHO preferred).
