They will customize and configure the Salesforce platform using declarative tools to meet business needs, ensuring solutions are scalable and maintainable.
A strong understanding of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies is required.
The role also involves implementing integrations with third-party systems using Salesforce APIs and middleware solutions.
Developing and executing comprehensive test plans, including unit tests, integration tests, and user acceptance testing, is essential to ensure the quality and functionality of the solutions.
Effective management of the deployment process using tools like Salesforce DX, change sets, or version control systems is critical to smooth transitions from development to production environments.
Detailed documentation for developed solutions, including design documents, user guides, and maintenance instructions, is necessary.
Providing ongoing support and troubleshooting for deployed solutions, addressing any issues that arise in a timely manner, is crucial.
Maintenance of the performance of Omni Studio solutions, ensuring they operate efficiently within Salesforce governor limits, is also required.
