* 5–7+ years in IT program/project management, preferably within large enterprise environments.
* Proven experience in M&A integrations, including application rationalization, data migration, and change management.
* Strong technical acumen: understanding of architecture, data flows, APIs, middleware, and system dependencies.
* Experience with legacy and modern technology stacks, including application reengineering and consolidations.
* Strong cross-functional leadership, comfortable working with business, technical, and vendor teams.
Key tools and methodologies:
* Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models
* Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent
* Familiarity with integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica)
