We're seeking a seasoned Marketing Specialist to spearhead customer engagement and drive revenue growth through targeted email, SMS, and loyalty programs.
This role requires an analytical mindset, deep experience in lifecycle marketing, and hands-on skills with retention tools like Klaviyo and Attentive.
Key responsibilities include building and managing email and SMS campaigns, developing lifecycle strategies, and implementing loyalty programs using Smile.io.
* Create advanced segmentation based on behavioral data and purchase frequency
* Personalize messaging using conditional logic and dynamic content across email and SMS
A/B testing and optimization are crucial to this role, as you'll plan and execute tests for subject lines, CTAs, send times, and content variations. You'll also analyze campaign data and apply insights to optimize future performance.
Loyalty and review program management are also essential aspects of this position, including setting up and segmenting loyalty programs, overseeing review collection initiatives, and integrating user-generated content into email and SMS workflows.
Technical execution involves confidently building, QA, and troubleshooting campaigns using HTML/CSS when needed, maintaining high deliverability and compliance standards, and working within Shopify to manage customer segments, tags, and product data.
Requirements for this role include 2+ years of experience in retention or lifecycle marketing, proven hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Attentive, Shopify, and Smile.io, and strong knowledge of email and SMS automation, segmentation, and reporting.

* HTML/CSS familiarity for customizing or debugging email templates
