Interview Process: 2 rounds *Position Overview* Our client is seeking a highly qualified professional to join our Help Desk EGIC team. The ideal candidate will have experience in diagnosing and solving technical issues, providing remote support to customers, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the operational efficiency of industrial automation systems.
*Key Responsibilities* - Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to EGIC systems.
- Provide remote support to customers, ensuring efficient troubleshooting of equipment and monitoring systems.
- Deliver technical training to customers and internal teams, ensuring proper use of technologies.
- Prepare technical reports and project documentation to ensure compliance and traceability.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement solutions that help customers achieve sustainability and productivity goals.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and services.
*Requirements* - Bachelor's degree in Automation, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Fluency in Spanish and advanced English.
- Experience in diagnosing and solving technical problems in automation systems.
- Ability to conduct technical training sessions.
- Strong skills in preparing technical reports and project documentation.
- Analytical mindset, organized, and excellent communication skills.
*Preferred Qualifications* - Knowledge of chemical processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Understanding of water treatment technologies and industrial processes.
- Experience in remote technical support and Help Desk environments.
