Enterprise Risk Professional
The role of an Enterprise Risk Professional involves developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive risk management framework covering credit, market, liquidity, operational, and technology risks across the organization.
* Design and enforce risk policies for margin lending and virtual asset collateral to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
* Establish and regularly review maximum loan-to-value ratios and haircut methodologies to maintain prudent risk levels.
* Monitor collateral valuation, capital contributions, and counterparty exposures to identify potential risks and mitigate their impact.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough risk assessments, including stress testing, scenario analysis, and capital adequacy evaluations to inform business decisions.
* Prepare, validate, and support all regulatory disclosures required of financial institutions and VASPs to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Risk Oversight and Governance:
* Lead the governance and oversight of margin-account operations to ensure efficient and effective risk management.
* Establish risk policies for margin lending and virtual asset collateral to promote responsible lending practices.
* Define and regularly review maximum LTV ratios and haircut methodologies to maintain optimal risk levels.
