This role ensures end-to-end delivery of datacenter, network, and infrastructure projects across global regions with strict adherence to SLAs, security standards, compliance frameworks, and operational excellence. The PM serves as the primary interface between the hyperscaler, MSPs, vendors, and internal engineering teams.ResponsibilitiesProgram & Project Delivery- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of MSP-supported projects across compute, network, storage, and data-center operations.- Manage project lifecycle including scoping, resourcing, budgets, timelines, risks, and change control.- Maintain alignment with hyperscaler operational frameworks, including capacity build-outs, decom, retrofits, and infra expansions.- Coordinate regional and global deployments across multiple time zones with follow-the-sun governance.Vendor & MSP Management- Serve as the primary point of contact for all ISPs delivering onsite or remote services.- Enforce SLA compliance & and quality KPIs.- Conduct regular governance calls, internal and external.- Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement with vendors.Cross-Functional Coordination- Remove blockers, escalate critical issues, and maintain reliable delivery pipelines.- Ensure consistent communication between internal teams and external ISPs.- Coordinate with Global Logistics for shipping the orders to ensure SLAs are met.Delivery Governance & Compliance- Ensure accurate documentation including MOPs (Methods of Procedure), SOPs, RACI, and risk registers.- Maintain end-to-end asset traceability using internal tooling (Salesforce).Reporting & Metrics- Provide weekly and monthly executive reports on delivery status, risks, dependencies, and mitigations.- Track, productivity, throughput, and cycle-time metrics.Qualifications- 8–12+ years of project/program management in large-scale datacenter or cloud infrastructure environments.- Experience working with or within hyperscalers.- Strong background managing MSP vendors delivering hardware, network, logistics, and field operations.- Deep understanding of data-center operational workflows, racks/cabling, networking basics, migrations, decom, and capacity builds.- Proficiency with PM tools.- Excellent communication, executive reporting, and stakeholder negotiation skills.- Experience with Lean, Agile, or scaled delivery frameworks.Preferred Skills- PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or equivalent certifications.- Experience with global, multi-region deployments across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.- Ability to analyze operational metrics, and implement continuous improvement.Sycomp is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
