Segmento:Não InformadoAtividades:This will significantly increase your chances of success.We are looking for a highly skilled Service Transition Manager to lead the seamless transition of IT services from project delivery to business-as-usual operations.In this role, you will ensure that all new or modified services meet business requirements, align with ITIL best practices, and are successfully integrated into the operational environment.DescriptionBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Minimum of 8 years of experience in service management, with a focus on service transition.Strong knowledge of and experience with:ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library);SIAM (Service Integration and Management) principles.Proven experience in integration and coordination of multiple service providers in a complex, multi-supplier ecosystem.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.ITIL certification (mandatory).SIAM certification is highly desirable.Familiarity with service management tools and software.Proven track record of successful service transitions in a complex IT environment.Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory).Willingness to travel abroad when necessary.Additional InformationCode: #00290087Days of the Week: Não InformadoSchedule / Period: Não InformadoInterested candidates should apply through the Caderno Nacional portal.
