Key Responsibilities
* Recruitment Process Management: Oversee end-to-end recruitment, including job posting (using platforms like LinkedIn and Catho, with cost optimization for exposure), resume screening, interview coordination, candidate assessment, and background checks. Ensure efficiency to reduce time-to-fill vacancies (addressing talent shortage challenges per search insights).
* Talent Sourcing and Attraction: Proactively source passive candidates via social media, job boards, and professional networks (e.G., LinkedIn, with 30% annual growth);
develop attraction strategies to compete in Brazil's talent market (some roles may require paid exposure services).
* Collaboration and Needs Analysis: Partner with business units to understand hiring needs (e.G., technical, operational roles);
update job descriptionsbased on market trends (e.G., growth in robotics recruitment).
* Onboarding and Retention Support: Manage offer negotiations, salary discussions, and onboarding;
monitor new hire performance and contribute to retention programs.
* Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all activities comply with Brazilian labor laws (e.G., CLT regulations);
maintain recruitment data and generate monthly reports (e.G., vacancy rates, cost analysis).
* Platform and Tool Utilization: Optimize use of recruitment platforms (similar to BOSS Zhipin), focusing on cost control (referencing search insights on platform fees).
Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in recruitment or HR roles, with Brazil market experience preferred;
familiarity with overseas talent challenges is a plus.
* Language Proficiency: Fluent English (working language), fluent Portuguese (official language), with strong business communication and documentation skills.
* Skills:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and recruitment software (e.G., ATS).
* Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities;
thrives in high-pressure environments (due to high vacancy rates).
