You won't inherit a playbook — you'll write one. If you've built pipeline from scratch, found decision-makers nobody handed you, and converted cold conversations into real opportunities, this role is for you. Comfortable with ambiguity, energized by the chase, and sharp enough to earn a founder's attention in three sentences or less.You'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers — primarily founders and decision-makers in SaaS, AI, and tech companies. You'll play a critical role in connecting innovative startups with design solutions that drive real business outcomes.Key Responsibilities • Identify and research potential clients within SaaS, AI, and tech startup ecosystems • Source qualified leads independently using any channel that works — LinkedIn, communities, events, cold email, social, referrals, or whatever creative approach you invent. No channel is off-limits. • Own the full top-of-funnel — from identifying a name to booking a call — without relying on inbound or handed leads. • Develop and test your own outreach experiments; own the results and iterate fast. • Find creative angles to reach founders — conference attendee lists, community posts, funding announcements, product launches — and turn them into booked conversations. • Schedule and coordinate discovery calls for the sales or leadership team • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities • Track activities and performance using CRM tools • Continuously optimize outreach strategies based on results and feedbackQualifications • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (preferably in SaaS or agency environments) • Proven ability to book meetings with cold prospects — share examples of creative outreach that worked • Experience with outbound prospecting and cold outreach • A track record of sourcing your own leads, not just working a provided list • Comfortable operating without a defined system — you build your own process, manage your own time, and hold yourself accountable to results • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely • English proficiency required (additional languages are a plus)Nice to Have • Experience selling design, product, or digital services • Understanding of UI/UX design processes and product development • Experience working with early-stage startups or foundersWhy Join Us?
