Job Description
We are seeking a skilled IT professional to join our team as a Systems Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, installing, configuring, and supporting systems technologies, including servers, storage, and Active Directory.
You will work closely with clients to integrate new technologies into existing infrastructures, collaborating with engineering teams to deliver tailored business solutions for critical environments.
Your key responsibilities will include managing and resolving client support tickets, maintaining clear communication and documentation, tracking time against project agreements to ensure service efficiency and profitability, and reporting on project progress.
In addition, you will participate in ongoing technical training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 3–4 years of Systems Engineering experience in enterprise or managed service environments.
* Strong background in Intune and mobile device management.
* Proficiency with MFA and/or Single Sign-On solutions.
* Solid understanding of Windows Server and desktop operating systems.
