This full-time position involves managing the recruitment cycle from job posting to screening and onboarding. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong talent pools, working closely with hiring managers, and maintaining organised applicant pipelines.
Responsibilities
* Source top creative, production, and operations talent across global markets.
* Manage the entire recruitment cycle, including job posting, screening, and onboarding.
* Build and maintain robust talent pools for high-demand roles in design, video, motion, and project management.
* Work closely with hiring managers to refine talent profiles and develop effective recruitment strategies.
* Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and culture fit.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant pipelines and recruitment dashboards.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience and have a strong understanding of modern recruitment tools. They must also have excellent communication skills in English and be able to manage candidate expectations effectively.
