Agile Team Facilitator Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Agile professional to join our long-term project. As an Agile Team Facilitator, you will support one to two Scrum teams and contribute to the continuous improvement of Agile practices.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for a professional who is comfortable working with distributed teams and collaborating closely with Agile leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile principles.
* Support and guide one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team.
* Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery.
* Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices.
* Identify, escalate, and help remove impediments impacting team progress.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback.
* Work closely with mid-level managers and cross-functional team members across multiple regions.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master.
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums).
* Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework); certifications are a strong plus.
* Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
* Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts.
* Experience working with distributed, global teams.
