Business Insights Specialist

We are seeking a Business Insights Specialist to support our Sales Finance team. As a contractor, you will help accelerate analysis, reporting, and business insights by partnering closely with the Senior Manager of Sales Finance Analytics.
* Run ad hoc analysis to answer business questions related to customer behavior, product usage, sales performance, and financial trends.
* Support deep dive projects such as weighted pipeline evaluation, consumption reporting, sales attainment analysis, and LTV to CAC modeling.
* Build and maintain draft BI dashboards in Tableau or similar tools.
* Write SQL queries to pull, clean, and transform data in Snowflake.
* Support the development of repeatable data models for financial and operational metrics.
* Draft summaries and written analysis that highlight insights and trends.
The ideal candidate has moderate SQL skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
