We are now looking for a Performance Marketing Manager for our new Business Unit — JoomPro Analytics.
JoomPro Analytics is an analytical service for businesses aiming to optimize their presence and sales on online marketplaces. We start in Brazil, but expect to expand to other markets. Our solution empowers sellers to make data-driven decisions and achieve maximum success in e-commerce. Most importantly JoomPro Analytics should provide an answer to “What should I buy to make money on local marketplaces?” question and it will help merchants to optimize their daily work on marketplaces. JoomPro Analytics is mainly focused on small and medium businesses that are already working in e-commerce or on those who just started their business.
We are looking for a talented Performance Marketing Manager to join our team and boost our marketing efforts across LATAM, driving business growth.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement marketing strategies
- Manage campaigns across various platforms (Google, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies
- Conduct A/B testing for better results
- Collaborate with creatives for compelling content
- Optimize budget allocation for maximum ROI
- Present performance reports to stakeholders
- Explore new channels for diversification
- Coordinate with other departments for alignment
**Requirements**:
- 3 years of experience in performance marketing
- Experience in e-commerce
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing PPC campaigns
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads
- Strong analytical skills and data driven approach
- Fluent English and Portuguese
**Preferred**
- Experience with CPA
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM
