**LOCATION - GOZO**
To provide a financial support to Management to ensure that company meets its regulatory, financial and reporting requirements.
**Key Tasks**:
- Monthly Management Account Reporting
- Annual Budgeting and Forecasting
- Bank Reconciliations
- Liaise with Bank
- Quarterly VAT Returns - (3 companies)
- Accruals/Prepayments Scheduling
- Fixed Asset Schedule Maintenance
- Monthly Sales Performance Reporting
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Audit Preparation/Liaise with Auditors to Finalise the Financial Statements
- Supplier Invoice Posting/reconciliation
- Customer receipts + dealing with queries
- Support and mentor staff members
- Sales Rebate calculation and agreement preparation
- Ad hoc tasks required by management
**Requirements**:
- Previous accounting experience, with a minimum of 2 years in internal accounting
- In possession of a degree in Accounting or currently in the process of completing ACCA, ideally halfway through
- Good organizational skills, analytical abilities, and multitasking capability
- Must speak English fluently, Maltese will be considered as an asset
