Key Account Director for Digital Transformation
Sales Leadership and Strategy
This senior leadership role oversees the planning, development, and implementation of commercial strategies based on company targets and objectives to support growth.
The Sales Director will be a member of the Executive Team and reports directly to the Client Operations VP. Key Responsibilities include managing sales performance, driving business growth through client operations strategy, and leading account-based marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage sales area performance in accordance with the company's sales performance methodology.
- Partner with Senior Leadership teams to drive initiatives and demonstrate mature leadership skills.
- Achieve quantitative objectives in quotas, account planning, gross margin, etc., keeping a deep understanding of financial metrics.
- Use analytics and tools like CRM for performance management.
Requirements:
- At least 12 years of experience as a Commercial Director in the IT industry with focus on digital infrastructure, agile automation, apps, business applications, analytics, and decision science.
- Proven experience in public and private sectors with in-depth knowledge of the sales cycle for digital transformation.
- Strong leadership skills, communication, presentation, and innovative thinking abilities are required.
- A Master's degree in Business Administration or Computer Science is desirable.
