Growth Marketer – Part‑time (Go! Running Tours)
Join Go! Running Tours as a Growth Marketer to handle both B2C and B2B marketing activities, with the potential to advance into a Head of Marketing role. The position is part‑time (25 hrs per week) with a monthly salary of USD 1,400, managed through Upwork.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies across B2C and B2B channels, including email newsletters, digital advertising, and sponsorship outreach.
Maintain and optimize email marketing flows; build smart automations and analyze data to improve performance.
Plan and run paid campaigns on Meta and Google, explore new platforms, and track ROI.
Create case studies, research new technologies, and propose bold ideas to reach new customers and markets.
Collaborate closely with the founder and global team via Slack, aligning on priorities with minimal internal meetings.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and structured mindset with creativity for copywriting and campaign design.
Experience in email marketing, marketing automation, and data‑driven decision making.
Proficient in digital advertising on Meta & Google and experienced in scaling from pilots to broader markets.
Fast mover with a drive to grow the business and yourself, and a strong execution focus.
Excellent collaboration, attention to detail, and a passion for testing, learning, and scaling.
Comfortable working remotely and ready to dedicate 25 hrs per week.
Compensation & Working Hours
USD 1,400 a month, 25 hrs a week, managed through Upwork. The role is part‑time; no more than 25 hrs weekly are expected, allowing for deep work and focused marketing activities.
