You will work closely with sales and customer-facing teams to configure backend systems, manage demo environments, and support operational workflows that keep everything running smoothly. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in structured processes and enjoys optimizing systems for efficiency and accuracy.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with sales and customer success teams to set up new platform instances and configure customer accounts in the backendManage demo environments, including setting up and shutting down instances as neededExecute and maintain custom configurations for both internal and external use casesFollow established operational workflows to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely deliveryIdentify process inefficiencies and contribute ideas for continuous improvementQualifications & SkillsSeveral years of experience in operations, data entry, or administrative roles requiring high attention to detailComfort working within structured workflows and product-related processesStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyProven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with different teamsResourceful, proactive mindset with a willingness to learn new tools and systems
