Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* 3-5 years of experience driving L&D initiatives in a high-growth startup or late-stage tech environment.
* Proven ability to leverage LMS systems, e-learning platforms, and instructional design tools to deliver impactful learning experiences.
* Exceptional collaboration and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-centric approach to building relationships and delivering outstanding service.
