We are currently looking for a Salesforce Release Manager to work in a Remote position for a 6+ month with possible extension job opportunity.
Job Title: Salesforce Release Manager
Location: Remote in LATAM
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6 + months with possible extensions
Responsibilities
* Acts as the liaison between Product Owners and Salesforce development teams
* Ensures user stories are complete, tested, approved, and ready for release
* Manages Salesforce deployments and release pipelines using Copado CI/CD
* Enforces CI/CD best practices and release governance standards
* Maintains complete, audit-ready technical and release documentation
* Coordinates testing activities and release approvals
* Plans and executes release cycles with a focus on quality and stability
* Supports system maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting
* Ensures scalability, compliance, and performance of Salesforce environments
Required Experience & Skills
* Experience in IT, systems analysis, or application delivery
* Hands-on experience in Salesforce Release Management
* Strong understanding of business processes and how systems support them
* Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies (Kanban preferred)
* Experience working with SaaS applications and packaged software
* Strong planning, estimation, and analytical skills
* Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA SD / OTC is a plus
* Knowledge of PriceFx is a plus
