The Territory Sales Manager role involves account management, product sales, and marketing support within the assigned territory, specifically for the Pro-Dealer Pool Solutions group. You will be responsible for developing and supporting the current customer base, marketing and sales follow-up, acquiring new accounts, and driving ongoing sales growth within Solenis' Pool Solutions group covering CA, NV, and HI.
Key Responsibilities
Manage territory accounts, sales, and support for Solenis' dealer direct pool and spa customers, including support for distribution customers when necessary.
Analyze sales results to develop solutions that grow sales within existing customers and attract new ones.
Support retail customers with regular visits, training, and support to meet sales objectives.
Maintain accurate and timely call reports using Salesforce.com (SFDC) and report key information to management.
Provide marketing and product support such as promotional materials, store displays, and advertising support.
Use MS Office, Tableau, and other sales tools to create presentations, monitor market conditions, and support sales activities.
Participate in trade shows, local groups, and meetings to promote Solenis products.
Adhere to corporate, group, and location policies and procedures.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Regional Sales Manager.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in business or a related field.
Previous sales experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of the swimming pool and spa industry is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Experience working closely with senior sales personnel.
Willingness to travel approximately 40% overnight within CA, NV, and HI.

The salary range for this position is $75,900.00 to $106,260.00 plus discretionary bonuses, based on skills and experience.
