Key Responsibilities
* Metadata Expertise: Develop and implement robust metadata models, taxonomy structures, and controlled vocabularies to facilitate efficient asset management.
* Digital Asset Management: Organize and manage large volumes of assets in enterprise DAM platforms, ensuring consistent folder structures, naming conventions, and tagging standards.
* Quality Assurance: Provide human-in-the-loop support alongside AI tagging tools, ensuring high-quality metadata and asset integrity.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams to implement governance policies and metadata best practices, promoting scalable and sustainable asset management.
Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor's degree in project management, communications, computational linguistics, or equivalent experience.
* Experience: 3+ years of program or project management experience, with a focus on digital asset management.
* Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to teach/train content governance and DAM operational policies to teams.
