Capgemini is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented UX / Product Design Lead for a top 10 US Insurance Carrier.
About the Role
This role is responsible for designing engaging, intuitive, and effective digital experiences. The candidate will lead projects to ensure success for both the project and the user by taking a broad view of the problem space, identifying root causes, and collaborating with business groups to resolve issues. The role involves working with product owners, user research, and developers to explore design solutions, generate ideas, and validate with users.

Responsibilities
* Understand client desires and create attractive, user-friendly products.
* Collaborate with product managers, sales, and marketing teams to plan product releases, considering budget and financial guidelines.
* Create prototypes before finalizing products.
* Refine designs based on feedback.
Requirements
* 7-9 years of experience in digital product design.
* Portfolio showcasing recent work demonstrating strong design clarity is required.
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Educational background in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields.
* Additional preferred studies include Computer Science.
* Advanced skills in Product Design, User Research, and Product Management.
* Proficiency in Figma and UI/UX tools.
* Strong skills in Human-Centered Design, problem-solving, proactive issue identification, humility, team encouragement, and focus on user outcomes.
