We are seeking a seasoned Agile practitioner to join our team in a Product & Engineering environment. As a Scrum Master, you will play a vital role in supporting one to two Scrum teams and contributing to the continuous improvement of Agile practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with Agile principles.
* Support and guide one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team, through effective facilitation of all Scrum ceremonies.
* Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery, leveraging SAFe practices and tools.
* Assist with the implementation and adoption of Agile methodologies, ensuring seamless integration with existing frameworks.
Required Skills & Experience
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums) and experience working with distributed, global teams.
* Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework); certifications are a strong plus.
* Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations, navigate team conflicts, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
* Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
