Overview of the Role The Talent Acquisition Senior Auditor will ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of recruitment audits. You'll handle complex and high-impact cases, review junior auditors' work, and help align evaluation criteria across the team, driving continuous improvement in hiring processes. Key Responsibilities: - Executing complex, sensitive, and high-impact audits. - Supervising and reviewing Junior Auditors' evaluations. - Leading calibration calls and standardizing criteria across the audit team.
