LMS Admin Support

The purpose of the project is to support the on boarding of a new site.
The LMS Admin Support Rep will be responsible for processing employee certificates, including:
* Verifying that certificates match the correct employee details.
* Checking that the certificates are valid and correct.
* Creating the relevant completions in the LMS where certificates are approved.
* Storing the certificates according to the agreed process.
* Entering the certificate details into the competency management system.
* Following up with employees or vendors where there are issues or discrepancies with certificates.
Requirements:
Must have experience as an LMS Admin/Support Rep – (Workday, SuccessFactors, SumTotal, Blackboard - etc)
Must have experience working in a fast paced environment
Must be able to handle multiple requests simultaneously
Must speak Brazilian Portuguese and English
Nice to have:
Experience working in Workday LMS
