We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITOM Solution Architect to join our team. This senior developer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing ITOM capabilities within the ServiceNow platform.
About the Role:
* Design and implement ITOM solutions using ServiceNow, aligning with enterprise architecture and operational strategies.
* Configure and maintain core ServiceNow ITOM modules, including Discovery, CMDB, and Event Management.
* Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align IT operations capabilities with organizational objectives.
* Continuously enhance the ServiceNow platform to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability.
* Diagnose and resolve issues across ITOM functionalities and ensure optimal platform performance and integration efficiency.
About You:
* You have a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow ITOM modules—especially Discovery, CMDB, and Event Management.
* You have a strong understanding of ServiceNow CMDB structure and Event Correlation Rules.
* You possess solid grasp of server, network, and application architecture, with troubleshooting abilities across infrastructure layers.
* You have experience with the ServiceNow database schema, tables, and data modeling.
* You are proficient in Performance Analytics, email notification design, and managing complex data workflows.
* You are an expert in using transform maps, data sources, and scripts for effective data import and integration.
* You are skilled in developing and managing scheduled jobs, events, and automated triggers within ServiceNow.
* You have experience with REST/SOAP API integrations, import sets, and custom integrations using scripted approaches.
