Transform Your Career as a SAP Technical Cutover Expert.
We are seeking a seasoned SAP Technical Cutover Manager to join our global team and spearhead technical activities for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA project in Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
* Co-lead end-to-end SAP technical activities with cross-functional teams to guide the project team’s efforts to successfully go-live with localization and deployment of a previously built greenfield global template of SAP S/4HANA in the RISE private cloud in MS Azure to business segments in Asia.
Lead and coordinate technical SAP localization and deployment tasks throughout the life of the project including technical landscape readiness, completion of remaining SAP build configuration and development activities, and completion of technical activities to localize SAP S/4HANA according to regional requirements in Asia.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including leadership, project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and business stakeholders to complete all technical activities in a pre-planned and pre-defined sequence to ensure alignment with project goals, milestones, and specific deliverables.
Manage and document traceability between technical requirements, business requirements, completion of deliverables that meet requirements, testing activities, and defect resolution through go-live and into hypercare.
Provide leadership and mentorship to other cutover business and technical team members and adhere to SAP S/4HANA cutover best practices and standards.
Track and report technical cutover preparation and progress, risks, actions, issues, and decisions to project leadership through project management tools, meetings, emails, and project documents.
To be successful in this role, you will need 5+ years of experience in SAP technical cutover management, a strong understanding of SAP modules, prior hands-on experience with SAP configuration, and excellent communication skills.
Preferred Skills include experience with prior projects with successful cutover to go-live with SAP S/4HANA and familiarity with Agile and hybrid waterfall project methodologies.
