Sr. Customer Support Lead
This is a challenging role where you will be responsible for leading complex customer support initiatives and delivering high-quality solutions to critical issues.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Analyzing web applications using Chrome Developer Tools (Inspector)
* Performing API testing and validation using tools such as Postman or cURL
* Configuring and troubleshooting Windows ADFS Servers and performing remote diagnostics via VPN, RDP, or similar tools
