Industrial Operations Optimization Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Operations Optimization Engineer to join our team in Fort McMurray, AB. This role involves optimizing industrial operations and delivering business results through advanced process control engineering.
* Monitor advanced process controllers (APCs), troubleshoot issues, and communicate with process engineers and panel operators.
* Report APC performance to stakeholders and develop new APC solutions.
* Train operators and other parties on APC usage.
* Analyze data using Excel or SEEQ/Honeywell Suite products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure APC optimization and soft sensor performance.
* Support software and hardware upgrade activities.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields, with experience in OSIsoft PI Historian, Honeywell Experion PKS, PLC/devices integration, and networking skills.
