Content Marketing Assistant
This role is focused on creating engaging content that drives engagement, leads, and brand authority. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media best practices, video editing skills, and experience running paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.
Main Responsibilities:
* Content Creation: Plan and create engaging social media content, write and repurpose blog posts, newsletters, and case studies.
* Paid Media Campaigns: Run paid media campaigns to boost high-performing content.
* Video Production: Video edition for our YouTube channel, oversee or execute short-form video edits.
* Content Calendar: Coordinate the content calendar across formats and channels.
* Data Analysis: Monitor content performance and make data-driven improvements.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in content marketing (ideally B2B or tech/consulting).
* Strong writing skills in English.
* Solid knowledge of social media best practices (LinkedIn + Instagram are key).
* Basic video editing skills (CapCut — we don't expect cinema here).
* Experience running paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.
* Curious about AI, excited to explore its business applications.
* Detail-oriented, accountable, communicative, curious, organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple content types.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with tools like Figma, Capcut, etc.
* Familiarity with SEO.
* Familiarity with YouTube growth.
* Previous experience in tech agencies.
* Experience creating founder-focused content or helping turn experts into content creators.
