6. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
7. Identify and mitigate project risks.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient resource allocation.
9. Provide regular project status reports to senior management.
10. Ensure projects align with the company's strategic objectives.
11. Manage the innovation process, promoting the implementation of new ideas and technologies to improve processes and products.
Minimum Requirements
* Degree in Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
* Experience as a Portfolio & Project Manager.
* Certifications such as PMP are a plus.
* Proficiency in project management tools.
* Fluent in English.
