* Provide visionary leadership across frontend (React.js) and backend (Node.js) development.
* Design, architect, and deliver robust, scalable web and mobile features.
* Lead and participate in code reviews, ensuring high-quality, maintainable, and testable code.
* Integrate third-party APIs and manage complex data flows.
* Drive DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes on AWS.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Technical Lead with a strong track record of delivering high-impact projects.
* Expert-level expertise with React.js, Node.js, and AWS services.
* Excellent command of spoken and written English for cross-team communication.
* Solid understanding of microservices, RESTful APIs, and scalable system design.
* Hands-on experience with Git workflows, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
