Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced sales professional to take charge of our existing client relationships within the assigned territory.
About the Role - Key Responsibilities:
* Strategically manage and develop key client accounts to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
* Develop and implement effective account plans to identify new business opportunities and enhance client satisfaction.
* Acquire new key clients through targeted outreach and relationship-building efforts.
* Regularly review client needs, address concerns, and provide tailored solutions that meet their objectives.
* Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.
* Present regular reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to stakeholders.
* Collaborate with product development teams to gather client feedback and insights, informing the creation of new products or services.
Qualifications - Essential Requirements:
* Strong influencing and negotiation skills for building and maintaining long-term commercial relationships.
* Proven ability to deliver results in an autonomous working environment.
* Commercial knowledge and experience in the travel and hospitality industries.
* Excellent understanding of B2B business principles and new business segments.
* Effective project management skills.
* Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in Portuguese is desirable, while fluency in Spanish is highly valued.
