Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are seeking a seasoned recruitment expert to lead our team in Brazil.
This is a senior-level role within talent acquisition, requiring strong stakeholder management skills, operational insight, and leadership capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have a background in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a focus on talent development and proven experience in client-facing positions.
* Act as the primary point of contact between clients and our team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality recruitment services.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, offering strategic consulting and data-driven recommendations.
* Oversee the performance of the recruitment delivery team (the pod), ensuring all service level agreements and key performance indicators are consistently met.
* Analyze operational data and identify trends to proactively solve issues and drive improvements in recruiting processes.
* Influence and guide the team toward achieving delivery goals and maintaining a high standard of client satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition.
* Previous experience in staffing, recruitment process outsourcing, or talent consulting firms, especially in client-facing or manager-facing positions.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior leadership and clients.
* Native Portuguese, Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
* Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and a self-assured, professional presence.
