Role Summary
A highly skilled and motivated IT Specialist is sought to join our organization.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in computer systems, networks, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and cloud platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, systems, and networks for all employees, both onsite and remote.
Key Responsibilities
* Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, and networks for all employees, both onsite and remote.
* Serve as the first point of contact for internal IT support requests, providing timely troubleshooting and resolution for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
* Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and other SaaS platforms.
* Support the deployment and integration of new productivity and collaboration tools, including project management (e.g., Teamwork, Jira, Trello), internal tool builders, and AI-driven solutions.
* Monitor and maintain endpoint security, including antivirus, firewalls, VPNs, and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
* Assist with cloud infrastructure management, data backup, and disaster recovery planning.
* Conduct regular software updates, security patching, and vulnerability assessments.
* Support cybersecurity initiatives, including employee security awareness training and incident response.
* Document processes, create user guides, and train staff on new technologies and best practices.
* Collaborate with leadership to evaluate and implement new tools that enhance productivity and security.
Our working hours are from 9 am to 5 pm MST.
