Senior Agile Coach

* In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for the customer data ecosystem teams.
* You will remove obstacles and impediments that hinder the team's progress, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
* Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team by coaching on Agile principles and practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum frameworks.
* Collaborate with product owners to manage the product backlog and ensure clear communication of requirements.
* Monitor team performance metrics, such as velocity and burndown, and work to improve productivity and efficiency.
* Promote a collaborative environment where team members feel empowered to contribute and innovate.
* Develop a deep understanding of industry trends in Agile methodologies and apply relevant advancements to enhance team performance.
* Elevate team capabilities by providing guidance on managing dependencies between teams and coordinating cross-team collaboration.
* Provide training and mentoring to team members and other Scrum Masters within the organization.
* Drive change management through coaching the team and supporting them on their transformation journey by establishing clear processes and challenging them on shifting mindsets.
* Oversight of the integration and use of Azure Dev Ops tools within project teams to optimize collaboration, code management, and CI/CD pipelines.
* Promote the adoption of Azure DevOps features among the team, enhancing project transparency and delivery efficiency.
