We are looking for a Sales Executive with a strong background in IT staffing and staff augmentation to serve clients in Argentina. The ideal candidate must already have an active client portfolio and advanced English for international interactions.
Responsibilities
Manage and expand an existing client portfolio, ensuring trust-based relationships and ongoing satisfaction
Identify new business opportunities in IT staffing (staff augmentation), targeting both local and multinational companies
Promote IT professionals — developers, analysts, QA, among others — for temporary or mid-to-long-term projects
Support the recruitment process: gather client requirements, present profiles, and close commercial proposals
Negotiate contracts and proposals aligned with Argentine legal and cultural standards
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, reporting results in a structured manner
Collaborate with internal recruitment, HR, and delivery teams to ensure excellent client service
Attend industry events, fairs, and meetups to expand networking opportunities
Requisitos:
Proven experience as an Account Executive / Sales Executive in IT, outsourcing, or staffing
Active client portfolio in the IT market
Advanced English (spoken and written) for meetings and negotiations
Strong commercial profile: prospecting, consultative negotiation, relationship building, and results orientation
Proactivity, resilience, and adaptability in dynamic environments
