Outbound B2B Cold Calling Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated B2B Outbound Cold Caller to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy cold calling and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role.

In this position, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to business owners in the US, qualifying leads, and transferring them to our Account Executives. You will work closely with a team of closers to ensure that all leads are properly qualified and transferred.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in B2B outbound cold calling, excellent phone presence, and high-level spoken English skills. They must also be a team player, willing to collaborate, and able to hit targets consistently.

This is a remote full-time position, requiring 9 hours of availability per day. The compensation package includes a base salary of $600 per month, daily commission structure, and additional bonuses for closed deals.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Make 500-900 outbound calls per day
* Maintain 250+ minutes of talk time daily
* Achieve at least 1 qualified live transfer per day
* Be on calls for at least 8 hours of your 9-hour shift (more if KPIs are not met)
* Work in full coordination with a team of closers
* Use provided scripts and tools as guided
* Follow up via SMS when needed
* Compensation & Incentives:
* $600/month base salary
* Daily commission structure: 1 qualified lead - $20, 2 qualified leads - $30, 3 qualified leads - $40
* $100 bonus per closed deal from your transferred leads
* Paid weekly via Deel
