Requirements
 * 3–4 years of successful broker business expansion with non-QM products.
 * Bachelor's degree in business or finance preferred.
 * Entrepreneurial spirit and self-starting ability.
 * Proven expertise in non-QM products, lending regulations, and industry best practices.
 * Excellent communication and influencing skills.
 * Strong self-management of schedule and pipeline.
