Agile Project Facilitator Role
We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Facilitator to help us drive successful program delivery. As a seasoned professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our teams work efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Facilitation: Coordinate major project events (planning sessions, demos, and retrospectives), manage the project calendar, and facilitate problem-solving and cross-team collaboration.
* Coaching & Mentoring: Coach teams, facilitators, and product owners in lean-agile principles, promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
* Risk & Impediment Management: Identify, track, and help resolve impediments and risks, escalate critical issues to leadership when needed.
* Process Optimization: Optimize the flow of work across projects, help manage dependencies and improve workflows.
* Stakeholder Communication: Communicate with stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment, link business strategy to technical execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience as an Agile Project Facilitator or similar role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong coaching and mentoring abilities
* Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
