Customer Success Business Development Specialist
We seek an accomplished customer success and business development professional to facilitate seamless service delivery by combining technical expertise with sales acumen, focusing on consultative engagement, solution-oriented selling, and collaborative account management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver user onboarding and enablement sessions for our solutions.
* Provide strategic guidance to help clients maximize the value of our solutions.
* Maintain robust relationships across multiple levels within client organizations.
Business Growth Objectives:
* Identify opportunities to grow, retain, and cross-sell within existing accounts.
* Develop a pipeline of new business opportunities in assigned territories.
* Conduct prospecting activities, including calls, emails, and presentations.
Strategic Communication:
* Develop compelling presentations and messaging to build awareness of our solutions.
* Support marketing efforts such as workshops, seminars, and industry events.
* Represent us at conferences and trade shows as agreed.
Reporting & Documentation:
* Accurately record activities and opportunities in CRM (Salesforce).
* Provide regular progress updates on engagement metrics and deliverables.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a science-related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, account management, customer success, and business development.
* English fluency; Portuguese required; Spanish is a plus.
* Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce) and virtual meeting tools.
* Dynamic, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Location & Travel:
Based in Brazil, regional travel up to 20% of the time required. Independent consulting engagement, responsible for taxes, insurance, and expenses.
