We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the Product Owner position.
Job Description
This is a challenging opportunity to drive the implementation of Loyalty and Marketing Automation platforms for LATAM markets. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between marketing teams and technical delivery groups, ensuring that business needs are translated into clear and actionable features.
You will own and prioritize the product backlog for Loyalty and Marketing Automation initiatives. Your tasks will include writing clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, as well as maintaining documentation in Confluence.
Collaboration with global and local teams is essential to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. You will also need to support integration with the Single Customer View (SCV) and ensure data governance best practices.
Facilitating agile ceremonies and ensuring timely, value-driven delivery is another key aspect of this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A minimum of 5–8 years' experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar in marketing tech or CRM.
* A strong grasp of Agile methodology and sprint management.
* Familiarity with MarTech tools – CDPs, loyalty/promo engines, and automation platforms.
* Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
* Agile certification (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) is a plus.
