Job Description
* Drive results across three primary domains:
o Strategic Business Partnership & Consulting: Serve as the primary HR advisor to senior regional executives, translating complex business objectives into actionable people plans
o Talent Management & Program Execution: Directly advise and support senior leaders during critical annual organizational cycles, partner with business leaders to identify and close critical skill gaps, facilitate the integration of talent programs across business streams
o Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement: Champion a continuous improvement mindset, actively soliciting feedback from the leadership population to refine HR processes and knowledge resources
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 4 + years in a senior HR Business Partnering or strategic advisory role spanning multiple LATAM countries
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is highly desired
Context: Proven ability to operate successfully within a complex, matrixed global organization utilizing an HR shared services delivery model
